One Year Shaolin Traditional Kung Fu Training Class
We have a great dream in which we hopes Shaolin Kungfu can be spread throughout the world. To this end, we has decided to pass on our knowledge to deserving Shaolin Wushu inheritors with good character. At the same time, we hopes to offer a founding platform for those who dream of the study of true martial arts.
An old saying in Chinese martial arts field says: ‘The master teaches the trade, but the perfection of the apprentice’s skill depends on himself’. Our masters will teach you how to do something and they will do their utmost to help you to progress, but your actual progress all depends on your personal effort. The harder you train, the more you learn, and the better you get.
Training Contents
You can choose the forms (or Styles) what you want to learn from all the Training Contents of our training center. The training contents can be adjusted to your personal goals, style focus and body condition. For example, it can be full time Shaolin Forms, Tai Chi or Sanda besides Shaolin class. You should talk with your master in the beginning of your stay about your goals so you together can create the most optional training plan.
In one year time you will know all Shaolin Kung Fu theory (to a higher understanding of Shaolin Kung Fu); Shaolin Kung Fu customs; authentic Shaolin Qigong and Meditation; flexibility training; stability training; endurance training; You will learn advanced traditional Shaolin forms selected from the famous Shaolin 18 types of weapons and 72 secret skills. traditional Shaolin fist forms, Tai Chi, Ba Gua, Xing Yi, Sanda, Qi Gong and Buddhist Medicines etc.

After Graduation
1. After completing your studies you will receives a certificate with the School’s official stamp before leaving. Everything mastered will be stated on it as well as the comments your master gave you under the grading.
2. At the same time, with good moral character and high standards of Kung Fu students can apply to become authentic disciples of Shaolin Temple, helping to develop and spread Shaolin Wushu with our Training Center.
3. For students who want to open a training center after graduation, our training center can send coaches to offer technical guidance and support.
Fees & Prices
The prices including Application fee, all training classes, the use of training equipment, free internet (or WIFI), full board with 3 meals a day and private single room, the optional class Mandarin.
