Three Months Shaolin Kung Fu Training Class
An old saying in Chinese martial arts field says: ‘The master teaches the trade, but the perfection of the apprentice’s skill depends on himself’. Our masters will teach you how to do something and they will do their utmost to help you to progress, but your actual progress all depends on your personal effort. The harder you train, the more you learn, and the better you get.
Training Contents
You can choose the forms (or Styles) what you want to learn from all the Training Contents of our training center. The training contents can be adjusted to your personal goals, style focus and body condition. For example, it can be full time Shaolin Forms, Tai Chi or Sanda besides Shaolin class. You should talk with your master in the beginning of your stay about your goals so you together can create the most optional training plan.
During three months of studying you will learn some more advanced Shaolin fists and weapons (either a long or a soft weapon), Sanda wrestling techniques, the law of attack and defense, Sanda sparring and some Qi Gong. What you can learn in 3 months will also depend on how much you train and/or your preferences for specific styles.

Fees & Prices
The prices including Application fee, all training classes, the use of training equipment, free internet (or WIFI), full board with 3 meals a day and private single room, the optional class Mandarin.

For 3 Months Shaolin Kung Fu Training Class the only additional costs is for picking up service from Zhengzhou Airport or Zhengzhou Train Station $65. It is not a mandatory option and you can take bus from Zhengzhou airport (or Zhengzhou Train Station) to Shaolin Temple.
You can purchase school uniform upon your arrival at our school, the price is about $30 USD per set.
After completing your studies you will receives a certificate with the School’s official stamp before leaving. Everything mastered will be stated on it as well as the comments your master gave you under the grading.
From here we will follow the footprints of our ancestor, find the genuine shaolin Kung fu. We hope that the Shaolin martial arts to spread around the world.
