Thank you for being interested in attending Shaolin Temple Wushu Training Center. To apply to our training center, please fill out the application form below. If you have any problems with filling out the application form you can send an email with your information directly to wushushaolin@163.com. We look forward to hearing from you.

When we conform received your application infomation, we will send you bank account detail for making reservation. Please make sure to make the reservation in time so your stay at the training center is secured. You can choose to pay via bank transfer (or Swift Transfer), Wise, Revolut, Alipay or Western Union. We regard the action of paying the reservation fee as your confirmation of commitment to attend our school. As soon as the fee is received we will reserve place for you and send you an official invitation letter that can be used for your visa application.
